Video: Libertarian congressional candidate Will Hammer

Sixth District Libertarian congressional nominee Will Hammer released his first campaign web ad on Monday. Hammer is challenging incumbent Republican Congressman Bob Goodlatte in the November election.

Transcript from the video:

Hi, I’m Will Hammer and I’m running for U.S. Congress. I’m running against Bob Goodlatte, an 11 term incumbent Republican with no Democrat in the race.

In a recent Gallup poll, 42% of Americans identified as independent, more than Republican or Democrat. This election is a great opportunity to vote against business as usual. Or, you can just vote for backroom deals, warrant less surveillance, more drone strikes and wars, deficit spending, more taxes, regulation and more laws to take away your freedoms.

This November, elect me and I will not play party politics. The only special interest I will serve is you. I will bring the hammer down on Washington and end business as usual.

Now that is a good latte.

Vote Peace. Vote Freedom. Vote Hammer this November.

My name is Will Hammer and I approve this message.
