The Waynesboro Police Department has obtained five charges for the driver involved in the October 30 single vehicle crash that occurred at 6:49 p.m. at West Main Street and Locust Avenue.
Zachary Eugene Lucas, 23 years old, of Shenandoah faces the following charges:
- Reckless Driving
- Driving on a Suspended License
- Possession of Marijuana
- Knowingly Operate an Uninsured Motor Vehicle
- Failure to a Seat Belt
Lucas has not been served his warrants. He has been discharged from UVA Medical Center where he was airlifted after the crash
