In January Price Rotary Senior Center members took the time to set some health goals for 2014.
With resolutions being something that doesn’t seem to be sustained, we took another approach. Using the action plan concept taught in CDSME, members have written down health goals of they want to achieve in 2014. Each of these goals was talked about in the framework of the action plan. That framework is: What do you want to do? How many times will you do that activity? How many minutes will you do that activity? Where can you do this activity?
