Ciro’s Pizza in Waynesboro burglarized again

policecar3Ciro’s Pizza on Broad Street in Waynesboro was burglarized again overnight Sunday.

At 6:25 a.m. Monday, a worker from a nearby business notified the Waynesboro Police Department that the front glass door had been completely shattered.  Officers arrived and checked the inside of the business, but no suspects were found.  The business owner arrived and determined that a cash register, which was the replacement of the first cash register, had been taken along with $60 in cash that was inside.  The damage is estimated at approximately $1,000.

Anyone with information in these incidents is asked to call the Waynesboro Police Department at (540) 942-6675 or Central Shenandoah Crime Stoppers at 1(800)322-2017.  Information given to Crime Stoppers may be given anonymously.  Callers with information that lead to an arrest in this case are eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
