Lunch and Learn at Price Rotary Senior Center

On Monday, April 21, The Atwell Family Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center provided a “Lunch and Learn” for the Price Rotary Senior Center.

Dr. Daniel Atwell came in and spoke about the 10 steps to longevity, and how to live a longer, healthier life. Dr. Atwell spoke about the importance of exercising, lowering stress, eating well, and having a community like the Senior Center. It was very interesting to hear the positive benefits of seeing a Chiropractor, and Dr. Atwell made the information very relatable for all of the members.

The program wrapped up with some questions from the group, and a great discussion about how to get a consultation. A huge thanks to the Atwell Family Chiropractic for the lunch, as well as the lesson!
