Albemarle County
Interstate 64 – Installation of communications conduit in median. Left shoulder closed in both directionsWednesday and Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., from mile marker 107 (Crozet exit) to mile marker 94 in Augusta Co. Motorists should keep right and use caution approaching the work zone. Anticipated completion July 2015.
Interstate 64 – Pavement marking eradication and pavement resurfacing. Alternating lane closures will occur overnight, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., from Route 22 bridge to Route 616 underpass. Motorists should expect minor delays.

Routes 600, 606, 626, 627, 640, 663, 664, 700, 726, 737, 743, 784, 847 – Mowing and roadside trimming. Motorists should be aware of mobile work zones and slow-moving equipment along the road shoulders. Reduce speed and follow traffic controls. Brief delays are possible.
Routes 608, 627, 637, 641, 643, 665, 708, 1547 – Pavement patching. Flagging will occur. Motorists should slow down as they approach the work zone and expect brief delays.
Routes 621, 648, 1424 – Repairs to roadway shoulders. Motorists should be alert for mobile work zone and construction equipment entering and exiting the highway.
Routes 682, 683, 688, 689, 824– Pipe cleaning. Motorists should obey traffic controls and expect minor delays.
Route 697 (Sutherland Road) – Machining and grading of gravel road. Motorists should obey traffic controls and expect minor delays.
Route 708 (Dry Bridge Road) – Bridge replacement. Road closed with traffic detoured via Route 787 (Gillums Ridge Road). Anticipated completion Sept. 12, 2014.
Routes 810 (Simmons Gap Road) – Pipe replacement. Road closed Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., near the intersection of Route 628. Motorists should use posted detour route.
Culpeper County
Routes 3, 15, 15 Business, 229, 299, 522 – Line painting on various routes utilizing a mobile work zone. Motorists should use caution around slow-moving vehicles and pass only when conditions are safe.
Routes 29, 628, 663 – Pipe replacements. Motorists should be alert for slow-moving equipment working in the roadway; brief delays possible.
Routes 229, 522, 601, 611, 624, 626, 627, 628, 632, 633, 640, 661, 663, 669, 686, 692, 729, 802– Mowing and roadside trimming. Motorists should be aware of mobile work zones and slow-moving equipment along the road shoulders. Reduce speed and follow traffic controls. Brief delays are possible.
Route 617 (Raccoon Ford Road) – Repairs to roadway shoulders and ditching. Motorists should be alert for mobile work zone and construction equipment entering and exiting the highway.
Route 681 (Windsor Road) – Rural Rustic Road hard-surfacing project. Flagging will occur Tuesday, noon to 5 p.m., andWednesday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Motorists should expect brief delays.
Route 715 (Duncan Trail) – Surface treatment from Route 644 (Reva Road) to Route 608 (Oakland Road). Flagging will occur with pilot vehicle. Motorists should slow down as they approach the work zone and expect brief delays.

Town of Culpeper
Routes 15/29 Business, 229 – Construction of roundabout at intersection. One lane of roundabout is now open. Intermittent lane closures on Route 15/29 Business and Route 229 will occur between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Motorists should obey traffic controls and proceed with caution through the work zone.
Fauquier County
Routes 17, 28, 55, 245, 635, 651, 682, 683, 685, 687, 721, 726, 732, 789, 802 – Mowing and roadside trimming. Motorists should be aware of mobile work zones and slow-moving equipment along the road shoulders. Reduce speed and follow traffic controls. Brief delays are possible.
Routes 17/29 (ramp), 626, 628, 651, 726, 733, 787 – Repairs to roadway shoulders and ditching. Motorists should be alert for mobile work zone and construction equipment entering and exiting the highway.
Routes 29 northbound, 610, 670, 837 – Pipe replacements. Motorists should obey traffic controls and expect minor delays.
Routes 645, 674, 682, 683, 684, 688, 737, 739, 770, 780, 800 – Machining of gravel roads. Motorists should obey traffic controls and expect minor delays.
Route 651 (Sumerduck Road) – Replacement of bridge over Sumerduck Run. Road closed with traffic detoured using Route 17 (Marsh Road) to Route 634 (Courtneys Corner Road) and back to Route 651. Anticipated completion April 2015.
Fluvanna County
Route 6 (East River Road) – Replacement of the Rivanna River bridge. Temporary lane closures may occur, with traffic controlled by flaggers. Motorists should be alert for traffic controls as they approach the area. Anticipated completion October 2015.
Route 6 (West River Road) – Replacement of the Hardware River bridge. Temporary lane closures may occur, with traffic controlled by flaggers. Motorists should be alert for traffic controls as they approach the area. Anticipated completion May 2015.
Routes 600, 601, 608, 616, 618, 663 – Mowing and trimming. Motorists should be aware of mobile work zones and slow-moving equipment along the road shoulders. Reduce speed and follow traffic controls. Brief delays are possible.
Routes 601, 608, 615 – Pavement patching. Flagging will occur. Motorists should slow down as they approach the work zone and expect brief delays.
Greene County
Routes 29, 33, 609, 610, 667 – Mowing and trimming. Motorists should be aware of mobile work zones and slow-moving equipment along the road shoulders. Reduce speed and follow traffic controls. Brief delays are possible.
Route 633 (Amicus Road) – Line painting from Route 810 (Dyke Road) to Route 604 (Celt Road). Motorists should anticipate minor delays. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and pilot trucks.
Routes 810 (Dyke Road) – Pipe replacement. Road closed Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Route 650. Motorists should use posted detour route.
Louisa County
Interstate 64 – Pavement marking eradication. Alternating lane closures from exit 136 (Zion Crossroads) to Goochland County line Tuesday-Friday, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Routes 678, 694 – Pavement patching. Flagging will occur. Motorists should slow down as they approach the work zone and expect brief delays.
Madison County
Route 231 (N. Blue Ridge Turnpike/FT Valley Road) – Tree trimming from Rappahannock County line moving southbound to Madison town limits. Flagging will occur. Motorists should be aware of mobile work zones and slow-moving equipment along the road shoulders. Reduce speed and follow traffic controls. Delays of 5-10 minutes are possible.

Orange County

Rappahannock County

Routes 618, 622 – Pavement patching. Flagging will occur. Motorists should slow down as they approach the work zone and expect brief delays.
Route 626 (Tiger Valley Road) – Replacement of bridge over the Rush River. Road closed Aug. 7 through Sept. 18. Motorists should use the posted detour route: Route 211 (Lee Highway) to Route 622 (Rock Mills Road) to Route 621 (Hunters Road) and back to Route 626.
