Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) announced a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA).
“The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority performs critical functions in our community – addressing substance use and prevention, providing developmental services, tackling mental health issues, and offering crisis intervention. These services save lives and improve outcomes,” said Congressman McEachin.“Virtually all of us know someone who has benefitted from the services of RBHA and this funding is most needed.”
