Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe’s campaign released a new television ad, “Honored,” featuring Sen. Mark Warner urging Virginians to support McAuliffe because he will “work with Democrats, Republicans and Independents to create jobs and move Virginia forward.”
Warner, who served as governor of Virginia from 2002-2006, stressed the importance of working with members of both parties to “focus on creating jobs and getting results,” calling it “the Virginia way.” He added that it is with that same outlook that McAuliffe will govern the Commonwealth, and he “won’t let ideological battles get in the way of making progress.”
