When: Thursday, December 19 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Waynesboro Public Library, Room A (600 South Wayne Ave., Waynesboro, VA 22980)

newspaperVirginia Organizing will host a Health Insurance Marketplace forum on Thursday, Dec. 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Waynesboro Public Library to help individuals enroll in the Marketplace and provide more information on the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

“There are a lot of people who do not understand what they need to do to get enrolled for health insurance,” said Virginia Organizing Chapter leader Andrea Jackson. “We want to provide information on the Health Insurance Marketplace, where to go for help, and about Medicaid expansion. The more people who are educated on these important issues, the more people will get covered.”

Virginia Organizing has hosted health care forums across Virginia to provide information to people searching for insurance options and seeking more information about credits and subsidies that might apply to them if they use the Health Insurance Marketplace to enroll.
