Augusta Health Lifetime Fitness has been named MFA Certified Facility of the Year 2011 by the Medical Fitness Association.  The award was presented during the MFA annual conference in Orlando, Fla.  In 2011, Lifetime Fitness became the first facility in the nation to score a perfect 100 during the certification process.

The award recognizes the best in medical fitness centers in promoting community health and wellness. “We appreciate this achievement because it recognizes our vision of improving the health and wellness of our members and community,” says Eric Good, director of Lifetime Fitness.  “We’ve always believed the teamwork among our staff and programming available at Lifetime Fitness are excellent, and now the MFA has confirmed that.  We all believe Lifetime Fitness if more than just as a place to work out; it’s a place to work on and improve your health and quality of life.”
