Contributors

augusta-health-headerDuring the third and fourth quarters of 2012, 36 Augusta Health employees earned national certifications in their areas of expertise, and two finished college degrees.  Certifications require demonstration of extensive knowledge in a subject area, usually by examination, and degrees require a commitment of years of study and commitment.

“I am very proud of the employees who have earned these national certifications and college degrees.  We encourage all our employees to continue life-long learning through national certifications and the additional college degrees.   Increasing their knowledge and professional skills translates directly to improved quality and service to our patients and community.  We also appreciate each employee’s commitment—they represent a significant investment of personal time and a personal drive for excellence,” says Mary N.
