Y to host FMS basketball camp

The nationally-ranked Fishburne Military School postgraduate basketball team will be putting on a skills clinic for the Waynesboro YMCA youth basketball program tomorrow morning – Saturday, Oct. 29, beginning at 9 a.m.

The clinic is being provided free of charge.

The clinic will include hands-on instruction from players and coaches at FMS on ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defensive techniques.

The itinerary for the day also includes a three-on-three basketball tournament for participants with prizes for winners in each division of play – and a chance for clinic participants to watch the FMS players take part in a dunk contest.

The clinic is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to noon.
