Downtown Waynesboro will once again be the location for a Halloween Trick or Treat Trail and costume contest on Friday, Oct. 28, from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Trick or treating will start at 3:30 p.m.
The costume contest will take place at 4:50 p.m. and last approximately one hour.
The Kiwanis Club is sponsoring the event.

The UVA Baseball team won its game in the ACC Tournament on Wednesday, and because of that, “The Schilling Show” was pre-empted on Thursday, and we didn’t get the promised segment on chemtrails that had been hyped all week.
The streaking Washington Nationals hit six homers and got seven innings of five-hit ball from Zach Littell in a 10-2 series-opening win at Cleveland on Monday.
