Report: Sting to get his last match with Undertaker at WrestleMania?

Chris Graham

stingA report in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter today has people in WWE circles talking about the company finally signing Sting and giving him a last ride with Undertaker at WrestleMania.

The WrestleMania in question: WM 31.

The speculation is that Sting could debut as soon as WrestleMania 30 or the Monday Night Raw the night after WM 30 to begin setting up the feud with Undertaker for next year.

The word coming out of WWE circles right now is also that the match with ‘Taker at ‘Mania in 2015 would be Sting’s one and only WWE match.

Presumably he’d have to make several TV appearances to begin and sell the match, perhaps taking on the flavor of the year-long program that WCW ran back in the late 1990s to transform Sting from bleach blonde muscleman to mysterious “Crow”-like figure that he has been since.
