CharlottesvilleLocal National Dance Week Foundation volunteer ambassador and dance instructor, Maria Daniel, and Charlottesville Parks and Recreation invite the community to attend the Celebration of Dance event.

The Celebration of Dance will be held on Friday, April 29th at Carver Recreation Center from 6:30-7:30 pm. This event is free and open to the community.

The event will showcase local dance groups in a variety of dance styles including ballroom dancing, hip hop dancing, contemporary ballet, modern dance, a drill and step routine and more.

National Dance Week is a unique opportunity to highlight the benefits of dance in our community.
