Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA), the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, released the following statement after the Trump administration signed an executive order to implement the 1.9% pay increase for federal employees.
“Finally. It’s simply inexcusable and yet another example of the Trump administration’s disregard for federal workers that this pay raise that we fought so hard for took so long to implement.”
