Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) sent a letter to the Richmond Postmaster expressing concern about the serious mail issues occurring in Church Hill.
“I am distressed that once again my constituents are unable to rely on the accurate and safe delivery of their mail. They are finding their personal mail, including potentially legal documents, medications and household necessities, strewn across their lawns or simply undelivered,” said Congressman McEachin. “I want to know what steps are being taken immediately to remedy this unacceptable situation.”
“I have reached out to the regional postmaster and sent a copy to the U.S. Postmaster General. I hope and expect to receive a quick reply, but even more importantly, to know from my constituents that the situation has been remedied,” Congressman McEachin concluded.
