A special evening at Barren Ridge Vineyards
The evening will begin with an open bar and hors d’oeuvres on the beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards and the distant mountains. A gourmet dinner will be served upstairs in the Audrey Blackford Room and will include very special entrees. This year, Meg Pearson will be using cool-grass-fed lamb from the Blue Grass Valley in Highland County. Mike Lund will offer his rendition of the cold salmon he prepared while at The Inn at Little Washington. Barren Ridge Vineyards’ outstanding wines will accompany the meal followed by delectable desserts and coffee. A private display of fireworks over top the vineyards will make for a spectacular end of a very special evening.
Reservations are required no later than April 29. The event sold out last year so please R.S.V.P. at your earliest convenience. Not a typical fundraiser, guests are encouraged to set their own ticket price by being mindful of the worth of all of the evening’s offerings and the value of the Staunton Augusta Art Center to the community. There will be no additional costs during the course of the event; the amount paid to make your reservation covers it all.
