Portions of West Beverley Street in Staunton will be closed on Thursday, March 22 while city crews clear snow that is hindering on-street parking.
Portions of Beverley Street will be closed block-by-block on Thursday between Lewis and Market streets. Snow removal in the area will improve accessibility to on-street parking and the sidewalk on the left side of the street.
The exact time that work will begin is yet to be determined, but downtown motorists can expect detours while work is underway.
Parking on Beverley Street between Lewis and Market streets will be unavailable during snow removal.
