Waynesboro High School has a new girls’ basketball coach – and she knows the game at the highest levels.
Secrett Stubblefield comes to WHS from two years of Euoleague basketball in Poland and Austria. The James W. Robinson High School (Fairfax) grad played at Okaloosa-Walton Community College (Niceville, Fla.) and in the Big East at St. John’s.
Stubblefield replaces long-time girls’ coach Brian Lundstrom.
Stubblefield will also be a business teacher at WHS.
Her hiring will be announced at a news conference at the school tomorrow afternoon.
