East Rock watched ‘The Auditioners’ at ERHS

Fourteen East Rockingham Senior Center members and employees traveled to East Rockingham High School on Nov. 14 to watch a one act play entitled, “The Auditioners.”

We were also able to be a part of a variety of monologues offered by students in Ms. Kathleen Milligan’s Speech Applications class.  This was our second visit to ERHS to watch a one act play.

Today’s hourlong visit was coordinated several weeks ago, and we were excited to see other familiar faces in the audience–Elkton Middle School drama instructor, Angie Deane, and several dozen of her students.  Many of her former students were a part of today’s high school performance.

With both schools’ close proximity to our Center, it is very convenient for us to visit.  Consequently, Mrs. Deane briefly mentioned that we can expect an invitation to Elkton Middle in January!
