Puppies and dogs of all ages and sizes will get to march in their very own parade on Saturday, July 26, as part of a Puppy Parade to benefit the SPCA.
Successful Women’s Alliance Network, or SWAN, will be putting on the parade as part of their outreach efforts to the benefit the community. SWAN is a women’s only group that meets each week and combines community and networking.
The Puppy Parade will take place as part of the Sweet Dreams Festival at Stuarts Draft park in Stuarts Draft. Registration begins at 9 a.m. with the parade at 9:30 a.m.
The cost to enter is $10 per dog with one walker.
Applications are available in advance or you may register on site. A completed application must be submitted with payment prior to the parade to participate.
All dogs must be on a leash for everyone’s safety.
Prizes will be awarded for Best in Show, Cutest, Best Personality and Look-a-Like.
