virginia-blue-oversizeThis week, author Mary Nay celebrates the nationwide release of her inspiring new memoir, “Hardly Handicapped,” where she also offers readers insight on cerebral palsy.

Readers will enter the world of a lady born with cerebral palsy due to birth injury. From birth to adulthood, she describes her life as being normal. Together with her family, doctor and friends, she takes chances, striving to live a life as best she could.

Being handicap did not hold her back. Taking steps to regain muscle control  in exercising, she accomplished much, and you will learn she never refused to try something new, and her accomplishments will not only amaze you, but you will see she climbed the ladder to success. Needless to say, that lady is Nay, and she is proud to hopefully bring awareness that being handicap has its rewards if people know where to find them.

Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
