The Richard Adams Variety Show will be on Friday, Dec. 14th from 7:30-9 p.m. The show features Kathy Walton LaFon singing her lovely renditions of Christmas Classics while accompanying herself on piano.

Back by popular demand, “Arrow” the HULA HOOPER returns to the Gateway Stage to Hoop to Christmas Tunes.

Yes, you read that correctly (A HULA HOOPER).

The Basic City Tuba Choir will perform the Top 8 hits from the T.U.B.A. (Tubist Universal Brotherhood Association) Christmas Songbook.

The Basic City Tuba Choir consist of Robert Harrold, Eric Goode, David May and Richard Adams.

Local Singer and Theatre Star Sandi Belcher will also be singing on the show.

Audience participation will include “You Can Do Your Best HO HO HO”….and “You Can Be On A Talk Show”…

As always, Bill Martin will dazzle you as co-host and their may be a possible Santa sighting…..O.K….There will be a Santa Sighting. Rumor has it that Santa will be interviewed by Richard himself.

HO! HO! HO! See ya there…….

The Boogie Kings Christmas Show (Gateway) Saturday, Dec. 8th – 8:00pm – 9:30

We’ll do two sets (probably a little under 38 minutes each with an intermission.

We’ll play lots of the Boogie Kings Chistmas Classics off their Boogie Kings Christmas CD as well as some of their more popular Boogie Kings Tunes.

Guest for the night will be Kevin Chisnell (Vocalist and Blues Harmonica Specialist).

The Boogie Kings consist of William Hayes, Piano/Vocals, Richard Adams, Horns, Bass and Vocals and J.T. Fauber on  Percussion.

They were formed in 1984 and have entertained audiences throughout Virginia. They are also the house band for the River City Radio Hour.
