First Kai Degner radio ad stresses urgency for government reform
Kai Degner, Democratic candidate for Virginia’s 6th congressional district, released his first radio advertisement in the Roanoke market this week.
The focus is voters’ frustration with a congress that doesn’t listen to them and the sense of urgency Degner feels about solving problems facing everyday Americans.
The advertisement also invites listeners to the next summit Degner is hosting, called Creating a Government Of, By, and For the People.
The summit is on September 17th at 9:30 at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Salem.
The most frustrating thing about congress is that we feel like we’re not being listening to.
We have people living paycheck to paycheck, and we don’t feel like the millionaires in D.C. are in touch at all with what’s happening to our families and the struggles that we’re facing.
I’m Kai Degner and I’m running for congress in Virginia’s 6th congressional district.
I feel a real sense of urgency about this election. I feel a real sense of urgency about the problems facing Americans and people in the sixth district. I feel a sense of urgency around immigration reform. A sense of urgency around healthcare affordability. A sense of urgency around jobs.
Bob Goodlatte has been obstructing progress on issues that are facing everyday Americans for the last 20 years in congress. It’s time for a change.
Since we can’t rely on congress to do it for us, I’m hosting citizen assemblies as part of my campaign.
The next one is Creating a Government Of, By, and For the People. It’s at the Baymont Inn & Suites onSaturday September 17th. It’s at 9:30, it’s free with lunch. Hope to see you there.
I’m Kai Degner and I approve this message.
