The RMH Women’s Center will host a Women’s Wellness Weekend Sept. 28-30 at the Massanetta Springs Retreat and Conference Center near Harrisonburg.
The weekend retreat will feature healthy life seminars on nutrition, sleep and general well-being presented by RMH health professionals.
Other features and activities of the weekend include:
· Hands-on healthy cooking demonstrations
· Invigorating physical activities
· Nutritious meals
· Yoga, massages and personal time for reflection
· Rest and relaxation
The cost of the weekend is $250 and includes a shared room, five meals, educational materials, a journal and a yoga mat.
