News: Two-star Army general to visit JMU next week, Friday, 9:40 a.m.

Army Congressional Legislative Liaison Director Maj. Gen. Bernard Champoux will be at James Madison University on Friday, Feb. 20, to speak with junior ROTC members and JMU Vice Provosts John Noftsinger and Jerry Benson.

The class lecture in Room 3165 of Memorial Hall will focus on preparing ROTC members for leadership in the Army as well as Champoux’s experiences in the Army and his time spent on duty in Afghanistan.
