Route 745 (Arrowhead Valley Road) in Albemarle County will be closed to through traffic next week while crews replace the timber deck of the bridge over a branch of Moores Creek.
The road will be closed about 0.7-mile from Route 29 (Monacan Trail Road) and 0.6-mile south of Route 818 (Locust Hollow Road). The road is expected to reopen the afternoon of April 12.
Drivers can use Route 29 to access either end of Route 745 during the closure.
