OK, Sam, we’ll bite. State senators should cut their pay and expense allowances in light of the budget shortfall. How about recommending to your own caucus that they be paid their worth considering what they’ve done the past seven years to block basically anything from happening on transportation or education reform or economic development … (Hint: You’re going to end up owing us money before this is over.)
