A media advisory from the office of Gov. Tim Kaine sent out Wednesday night and updated Thursday morning reports that Kaine will make an “important announcement” in a news conference in Richmond at 1:30 p.m.
The news conference is also being made available to reporters outside of Richmond by teleconference.
