Aðalsteinsson, a native of Iceland, was a member of the 2013 All-CAA Second Team after helping the Dukes to three shutouts last season.  He has been selected as an All-CAA performer in each of his first two seasons at JMU, including first-team and all-rookie honors in 2012.

Grant’s honorable mention comes on the heels of an All-CAA Second Team selection last season after scoring a team-high seven goals and tallying 16 points.

The Dukes host UMBC tonight at 7 p.m. in the first of two preseason games.  Admission is free to all JMU home soccer matches, played at University Park.
