Democratic Party gubernatorial nominee Creigh Deeds will be in Afton on Monday, Aug. 24, for a fundraiser hosted by Nelson County Democrats David and Lea Cole.
The event will feature local foods, Nelson County wines, local beers from Blue Mountain Brewery, music by Kim and Jimbo Cary and the chance to meet and converse with Deeds, a Bath County state senator.
The event begins at 5 p.m.
