According to WRIC in Richmond, Daniel Mathis, Shantai Shelton, Mersadies Shelton and Travis Bell (a.k.a. Those charged are all members of a subset of the Bloods gang known as the 99 Goon Syndicate, according to the TV station, citing a review of federal court documents.

The station reported that the indictment of the nine details how the gang carjacked and kidnapped Quick the night of Jan. 31 and drove him around to various banks to attempt to withdraw cash from his bank accounts before murdering him and dumping his body in Goochland County.

Quick was reported missing on Feb. 1, and his body was found on Feb. 6.
