Waynesboro woman arrested for April gas station theft

Pacheco, Diana ElizabethThe Waynesboro Police Department has charged a local woman with two felonies stemming from the April 24 theft at the BP Station. Diana Elizabeth Pacheco, 31 years old, is facing grand larceny and credit card theft charges.

The Police Department received numerous tips from the community after requesting assistance from the media and the surveillance images were publicized.

Pacheco was wanted by several jurisdictions and was subsequently arrested in Waynesboro on June 15 and held at Middle River Regional Jail.  Charges in the BP theft were obtained on June 27 after investigating officer interviewed her.  She remains at MRRJ without bond.
