A Charlotte Avenue man has been arrested and charged with the Monday robbery of a SunTrust Bank branch in Waynesboro. Stuart Henry Veney III, 29, was arrested without incident at 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to a Waynesboro Police Department news release sent out this morning.
Veney is charged with the Monday-afternoon robbery and for communicating a bomb threat in the course of the robbery.
He is being held at the Middle River Regional Jail in Verona without bond.
