Fourth suspected Sureno 13 gang member arrested in Waynesboro

The Waynesboro Police Department has arrested a fourth individual associated with the Sureno 13 gang.

At approximately 10 p.m. Monday, officers arrested Gustavo Guillen Cruz, 25, at his residence in the 700 block of Maple Avenue without incident. He is charged with one felony count of possession of methamphetamine.

Also, he was served with a detainer from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement due to his illegal immigration status.  He is being held at Middle River Regional Jail.
