A Waynesboro man is in custody after shots were fired into a dwelling on Eastside Highway in Augusta County.
Christopher Aaron Wayland, 25, was arrested by Waynesboro Police Wednesday afternoon.
The report of the shots having been fired into the dwelling was logged by Augusta County authorities at 1:20 p.m.
Wayland was arrested without incident and is currently being held at Middle River Regional Jail without bond.
