Jim Ross: Daniel Bryan “back in the hunt”

Chris Graham

danielbryanFans of Daniel Bryan who have made their frustrations about a lack of push from the WWE office should feel pretty good after Monday Night Raw, according to Jim Ross.

“At the end of the night considering where Daniel Bryan was positioned and who he was wrestling, I’d surmise that DB is back in the hunt as it relates to being involved in something big, sooner than later,” Ross wrote on his blog today.

Ross was a big fan of the main event match between Bryan and WWE Champ Randy Orton. Bryan won the non-title match by a clean fall.

“I thought the main event between Randy Orton and Daniel Bryant was an excellent one and the fact that they had the time, bell to bell, to tell a viable story was well done,” Ross wrote.

Ross has been saying for a few weeks now that fans need to be patient to let what WWE has in store for Bryan to play itself out. He repeated that message in his most recent blog.

“As I’ve repeatedly said regarding this matter, fans simply need to be patient and let the storyline play out. At the end of the day if the results aren’t to one’s liking, then one has something to bitch about,” Ross wrote.
