Tiffany Pins, whose Washington and Lee soccer team just wrapped an ODAC championship season, has been named the league’s Coach of the Year.

W&L finished the 2025 season with an 18-2-3 record, and a run into the third round of the NCAA Tournament at the D3 level, where the ninth-seeded Generals fell on PKs, 4-3, to fifth-seeded Pomona-Pitzer.

The ODAC Coach of the Year honor is the third in the past four seasons for Pins, who has amassed a 65-10-12 (.816) record in her four seasons at W&L, including a 35-1-4 (.925) regular in regular-season conference play.

Pins is in her 15th season as a collegiate head coach, posting a 197-64-39 (.704) overall record.

She spent her first 11 seasons at Wartburg College, where she earned a bachelor of arts in history in 2005.

Pins also holds a master’s in physical education with an emphasis in teaching and coaching, which she earned from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010.
