A Nolan Reimold pinch-hit two-run homer lifted Baltimore to a 5-3 walk-off win over Cleveland on Sunday.

Reimold (.254/.318/.430, 5 HR, 13 RBI) went deep off Indians closer Cody Allen (2-4, 2.55 ERA, 1.09 WHIP).

Jonathan Schoop (.294/.326/.512, 17 HR, 58 RBI) also homered for the O’s (57-40).
