About VMI (0-3)

The Keydets are coming off a tight 2-1 road loss Friday at Appalachian State. The Mountaineers took a 1-0 halftime lead, but a goal by sophomore forward Willson Tuck in the 65th minute knotted the game at one all. It was Tuck’s third career goals, after two scores in his freshman campaign.  Justin Pruitt provided the game winner for Appalachian State two minutes later. Freshman goalie Broden Schull made six stops for VMI.

Schull has made 21 saves in three games this season to go with a .667 save percentage.

Sacred Heart defeated the Jaspers 2-1 Tuesday in Fairfield, Connecticut, holding a 2-0 much of the game until Adrien Awana found the back of the net with 10 minutes remaining on the game clock.
