VPAS’s weekly Bingo operation that started on Oct. 3, 2013 at Waynesboro Senior Center has been discontinued.
The last night of Bingo was Dec. 4, 2014 and featured the largest crowd and the largest progressive jackpot since inception. The Lucky 7 Jackpot of $2,100 was won by a player who has been playing week after week at Waynesboro Senior Center. She was one of 96 players for the evening.
Extra volunteers were called into duty to handle the expected large crowd and everything went very smoothly. Players were thanked for their support during the last 14 months and reminded that if they are age 60 or older that they were welcome to come check out the programs and activities at Waynesboro Senior Center.
