Even though Monday was a cloudy and not so hot day, fourteen Staunton Senior Center members accompanied by three staffers, enjoyed cups and cones of delicious ice cream complements of Kline’s Dairy Bar in Staunton.
Banana, Butter Pecan, Cotton Candy, Cherry Vanilla, and of course the old standards of Chocolate and Vanilla were the flavors of the day. Folks sat or milled about enjoying the smooth, cold treat as a stiff breeze blew through the patio.
All agreed it was a sweet way to begin the week!
