The latest in the back-and-forth between MLB owners and players has the owners side proposing a 76-game season with players to receive 75 percent of their pro-rated salaries for 2020.

The season would end no later than Oct. 31 under the terms, according to a report on ESPN.com, with a playoff structure to be determined.

The proposal includes a $200 million postseason money pool to be split among players.

Doing the math on the pro-rated salary part of this, players would receive 35.2 percent of their contract value for 2020 under this proposal.
