Mick Foley to join new Jeff Jarett promotion?

The latest news with mick foley was that he wasn’t re-signing with WWE to extend his legends contract, citing issues with money, primarily.

Now we have Foley on Facebook on Sunday hinting toward big news that he will be announcing on Tuesday, fueling speculation that he will be joining forces with Jeff Jarrett and the new Global Force Wrestling promotion that the TNA co-founder is preparing to launch this fall.

“After giving the matter much thought, I have come to an important decision regarding my future. I know that not everyone will agree with, or support the decision, but I do hope the decision will be respected. I will make the announcement on Tuesday afternoon,” Foley wrote on Facebook on Sunday afternoon.

The speculation on Foley joining forces with Jarrett on the new GFW project comes from Foley’s recent guest appearance on a Global Force Wrestling promotional video.

The two worked together in TNA during Foley’s tenure there from 2008-2011.
