Parks & Rec announces music event schedule

The Waynesboro Parks & Recreation Department will be presenting the 33rd annual Summer Extravaganza in Ridgeview Park on Sunday, July 7.

Bring the whole family for a day full of good music, an arts and crafts show, family entertainment, and lots of great food! The entertainment will include live music(jazz, rock, and country) as well as magicians, cloggers, hot air balloon rides and much more.

In addition, be sure to check out activities such as the 5& 10K race starting at 8 a.m., the Kid’s art table, and of course the grand finale fireworks in the evening.

Rock N’ Ridgeview

Grab a blanket & meet up with family and friends on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 at the amphitheatre, where good music comes naturally. This new, FREE music series is sure to have you tapping your toes.  Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
