Barack Obama and Joe Biden will hold a “Change We Need” rally on Saturday in Fredericksburg at the University of Mary Washington.
The appearance will be the first joint appearance in the Commonwealth for the Obama-Biden ticket.
The event is free and open to the public, but RSVPs are encouraged. To RSVP, visit www.barackobama.com.
Gates open at 3 p.m., and the program begins at 5:15 p.m.
