Vanpool for Waynesboro to Charlottesville commuters starts May 1

virginia-blue-oversizeRideShare, a cooperative program of the Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission and the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission, announced today the formation of a vanpool from Waynesboro to Charlottesville for commuters whose work hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The vanpool start date is May 1st.  The vanpool departs from theWaynesboro Park and Ride Lot located off Route 340 just south of the I-64 interchange and drop off sites include various locations at the University of Virginia. The initial departure from Waynesboro is 6:45 a.m. and the vanpool arrives back to Waynesboro at 5:30 p.m.
