The City of Staunton Finance Department has completed a redesign of utility bills to be sent to the city’s water, sewer, refuse and stormwater customers.
The new design features an easy-to-read format, including meter readings and consumption history. In addition, each bill, when mailed to a customer, will be accompanied by a return envelope for the customer’s convenience.
The new design is expected to be used for the first time for the city’s Jan. 10, 2014 billing cycle.
