Landes to host town halls

Chris Graham

State Del. Steve Landes, R-Augusta, will hold three town-hall meetings in the 25th District on Saturday.

The first town meeting will be held from 9:30-10:45 a.m. at Mountainside Senior Living, 1220 Crozet Avenue, in Crozet. The second town meeting will be from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. at the Preston L. Yancey Fire Department, 2015 Jefferson Highway, in Fishersville. The third town meeting of the day will be from 1:30-2:45 p.m. at Elkton Area Community Center/Stonewall District, 20593 Blue & Gold Drive in Elkton.

“I look forward to hearing from constituents at these three town meetings as we prepare for the 2009 General Assembly Session,” Landes said. “It is important for elected officials to listen and learn of citizens’ concerns, and town meetings provide an excellent opportunity to do so.”
